Orach - Green


Eat orach as a green in salads, and benefit from the high Vitamin C content. Plant, harvest, and eat orach all summer long, and enjoy that it doesn’t get bitter when it begins to bolt. Sow after last frost. Sow spring and mid summer for second harvest of tender leaves. Keep moist to ensure germination. Annual.
